Mr. Vikas Jain has been associated with the Indian debt market, for more than 24 years. His experience includes advising private sector companies, including mid-market companies, for their debt capital resources, including placement advisory for their debt securities. His key skills are in successfully understanding the needs of clients, credit evaluation and structuring the fund raise to align with investors risk appetite based on robust knowledge of capital markets and instruments. At A K Capital group, he had additionally handled placement responsibilities with retirement funds, advising venture debt funds, structuring of varied debt instruments, including fund raising.
Mr. Ashish Vyas - Independent Director
Ashish Vyas is an experienced Insolvency Professional, Registered Valuer, and Fellow Chartered Accountant with over seventeen years of expertise in assurance, project finance, stressed asset consultancy, and cash flow management for financially distressed entities. He is registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) both as an Insolvency Professional and under the category of Valuer for Securities or Financial Assets. Ashish also holds a DISA qualification from ICAI and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from M.L.S.U, Udaipur.
He has led several complex assignments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), including CIRP and liquidation processes across a wide range of industries. His work includes managing companies as going concerns, evaluating resolution plans, handling regulatory compliance, and interacting with key stakeholders such as financial creditors and adjudicating authorities. A prolific contributor to the profession, Ashish has co-authored ICAI handbooks and presented research at IBBI's international conference. He is currently a Partner at KAVA & Associates and is empaneled with major banks and financial institutions for insolvency-related matters. He is also serving as an independent director with Family Home Finance Private Limited and A.K. Capital Services Limited and as a director with Dimax Restructuring Private Limited.
Mr. Karnad Narayana Suvarna - Independent Director
Mr. K N Suvarna worked for nearly 12 years for Brickwork Ratings India Pvt Ltd where he was managing the business development as National head (President) and was instrumental in setting up teams all over India and setting up 9 offices in all the Metros and other State capitals gradually to handle various rating and non-rating products.
Prior to Brickwork, Mr. Suvarna worked for Bank of Baroda for nearly 40 years where he rose to the Rank of General Manager. He was also a Director on the Board including Chairman of Loan committee of the Board and member of Management Committee of the Board of 4th largest Multistate Urban cooperative bank in Mumbai for nearly 6 years.
